CULTIVATING RESILENCE, COMPASSION AND MINDFULNESS

Cultivating Resilience, Compassion and Mindfulness

A Workshop with Barry Kerzin, MD

In loving memory of Joan Berkley

Friday, March 12, 2021

2–4pm (CST)

Zoom registration required

This 2-hour workshop provides practical tools for coping with the uniquely stressful demands of the COVID pandemic. Dr Kerzin will engage participants in four elements of healing – Resilience, Compassion, Mindfulness and Meditation – in this live Zoom event designed especially for frontline healthcare workers.

Dr. Kerzin, personal physician to the Dalai Lama and founder of the Altruism in Medicine Institute, seeks to increase compassion and resilience among healthcare professionals and their patients and to address systemic issues of racism and equity.

Generous support of benefactors makes this workshop available free to front-line healthcare workers in any setting.

Your donation in support of this event and other educational programs offered by the Center is deeply appreciated.
