Occasionally an institution needs to revise its ethics committee handbook. Two people who were recently involved in the process at the University of Kansas Medical Center — Kathy Davis, assistant professor in the Department of Pediatrics and director of KU Kids Healing Place, and Terry Rosell of the Center for Practical Bioethics — discuss how it unfolded.
