The Center provides educational programs on a variety of ethical issues to audiences in Kansas City and throughout the country.
Two workshops each year are provided to members of hospital ethics committees, along with an online Certificate Program in Clinical Ethics and Health Policy. Center staff also teaches at institutions such as the Kansas City University for Medicine and Biosciences, the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and Kansas University Medical Center.
The Center also educates the public on bioethical issues with free lectures; many of which are now available by audio.

The Certificate in Clinical Ethics and Health Policy program is designed for professionals whose work is intertwined with healthcare. The program gives students the tools to identify, understand and analyze ethical issues and is designed for healthcare practitioners as well as administrators, risk managers, researchers, academics, journalists, lawyers, etc.
